2011 marks the 175th Anniversary of the Colt Firearms legacy. 175 years
ago, Sam Colt harnessed a dream and turned it into one of the most
historically significant inventions of the modern world. 175 years later,
his legacy continues with the Limited 175th Anniversary Colt Single Action
Army. Black Powder style frame. All metal surfaces polished and finished in
Colt Royal Blue Firearm decorated with the following 24 Karat Selective
Gold Plating: Left Side of Frame has Rampant Colt, Top of Backstrap has
Colt Dome, Right Side of Frame has Serpentine Colt,
Backstrap has Sam Colt signature, and the Left Side of Barrel has Banner
with the text 1836 - 175th Anniversary. 2011 is Gold Scroll on cylinder,
barrel and sides of frame and is available in the following barrel lengths:
4 3/4, 5 1/2 and 7 1/2 inches. Production limited.
