Garand style breech bolt locking system with a fixed pistol gas system and
self cleaning moving gas cylinder. Ruger patented scope rings, adjustable
sights, patented scope bases, non slip rubber buttpad, an instruction
manual and gun lock are included in the standard accessories. Mini 14
Tactical includes a flash suppressor and has an ATI Stock
